1998 Polo, drivers side lock broken

The lock on the driver's side is broken, the key just turns and doesn't catch on anything any more. I've seen you can buy repair kits on ebay, are these any good? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-POLO-DOOR- ... 1878wt_869
