Hello everyone.
Ive ordered a new 1.2TSI SEL but cannot decide on whether to get the flame red or the orange. They both look the same in the brochure and on the vw configurator. i found this on another forum, its meant to be red but looks orange in some of the photos. http://picasaweb.google.com/10304761949 ... directlink#
Can anyone help me please. Any photos of side by side comparison ect or past comparison experiences?
Any response would be greatly appreciated.

I would go for red as the Polo looks best in that colour.

I think that orange looks sexy Like the car!

My polo is flash red but the orange is GORGEOUS!!! I saw one at the VW dealer and I wanted to lick it

Hi mate, firstly welcome to the forums and secondly, great car you've chosen! I have a 1.2 TSi SEL and it's brilliant. Have you had a test drive of one? Do you plan on adding any optional extras?

In regards to your colour choice, both colours look very nice but a lot is down to personal opinion. I've put some links below of a Sunset Orange Polo (not the SEL model though but gives you an idea of the colour) and a Flash Red one so hopefully you can see.

You'll love the Tsi, Had mine since April and I like it more each day.

Colour choice is always personal mate. I had Flash Red and Reflex silver on my short list, up to the 11th hour I was sort of leaning to Red, then when I saw one next to a silver one it changed my mind. Plus delivery was shorter for Silver. So come delivery day a nice shiny Reflex silver Tsi landed on the drive.

As a old git who's been running cars for years I'd lean to the Red, solid colours are easier to match up if you pick up little scrapes along the way. The orange is a great colour but I suspect it will date a little more than the red and in 5 years time might not look as trendy.

Your choice though, both nice colours.

Thanks for the replies and advice. I spoke to the sales man and hes organising me a red/orange comparison on monday to help me decide.
