What headlight bulbs do i need?

hi, I ve got a 57 plate 1.4SE polo and I am looking at getting some xenon headlights. Just confused which ones I need e.g. H1, H7, H4 etc. Please could someone help me

h7 main beam
h1 high beam
if you have fogs, hb4/9006
