Vw 9n3 shock absorbers?

does anyone have premium shock absorbers fitted to their polo 1.8 gti for comfort? the road where i live in london are really bumpy i have to replace my bushes so i'm gonna lower my car aswell just wanted to know anyone bought them or used combinations of springs and shock absorbers. i have been advised that gas shock absorbers can adjust to any surface to improve ride quality amazingly also are which year seat ibiza cupra wishbone show i use on 9n3?
