PD100 sport tuning

Hi guys.. New to the forum..
I have a 53Plate Tdi 100PD sport polo and wonderd what mods can be done to release extra power from it?
It has already been remapped at jabbasport and currently runs around 140bhp 240ft lbs torque..
i here alot about a PD160 air intake? Would this make any improvement? where can you get these from and how much?
