Twin Carb?

Hi Guys looking for a old VW thats a good daily runner,
Seen a 1993 Golf 1.8 its got a Twin choke carb, new jets and new carb flange? I've just really started playing with cars and just want to know how this effects the car and if it has any change in servicing and so on ?
