1997 6n Polo 1.4 16v, 4 door.

Tax Nov 2011, MOT May 2012. 138k, Black magic (pearl), Anthracite BBS Solitudes & Standard 16v alloys, FK Highsport suspension, The usual 16v refinements; seats, smooth bumpers, smoked rear lights, electric windows, sunroof. The usual Sony head unit and 6x9's on the back shelf (Standard 'uncut' shelf also included), Phoenix Gold comps in the standard front door pods.

This is my 3rd 6n Polo, I can't get enough of them, amazingly reliable car to drive as a daily while the concours Corrado sits in the garage wrapped in cotton wool. I've had this valver for 3 years, originally with 110k, all M4 miles back and forth Newport/London. It's been amazing and still is, but needs a new home.

Cam belt, water pump, idler pulley and everything else in that area was done around 120k. New throttle body and full standard exhaust at 130k, re-sealed valve cover, properly cleaned out PCV valve, new thermostat and cleaned out cooling system in the process. It's been well looked after indeed. No stupid engine mods just a well oiled and properly maintained AFH engine which pulls and pulls.

Comes with the Solitudes, unless you wanna do a deal, but the tyres are shot (165/55/15 Nankangs). Now on original Valver alloys with good tyres. Comes with pressed german plates too (keep the fuzz busy).

The bad bits.
Rust, all over the place. 3 of the wheel arches need doing, the roof lip, a few bits on the drivers door and door frames, front peppered with chips. But it's all relatively straight, nothing structural at all. I've taken pics of everything so judge for yourself, in my view it needs a full blow-over, but it's just out of my scope for a cheap run around.

£850?
