Rear wiper assembly - 9n

The rear wiper assembly on our Polo 9n '52 plate is leaking water when using the rear washer. It seems the part that the water runs through has corroded.
Does anyone have a rear motor assembly or the part that allows the water to travel through ? (so it doesnt matter if the motor is broken, as I can just use our motor and transfer the water part.)
