Mk7 Polo Drivers Door LED

Hi I have a 2007 Polo. It has been stored for approx month while I have been away. During that time the red LED in the driver side door has stopped flashing. I read in the manual that that is supposed to happen after 14 days idle.
It is now being used again but when parked and doors locked the red LED is still not flashing.
The doors are locking properly.
Is there a reset that is needed?
