strange scraping noise

Ive had my new polo 9 wks and had a few problems: suspension creaking, wiper blades, boot lock and now a scraping sound coming from the passenger side, which is particulary noticable when going down hill but not necessarily when braking.
Anybody had a similar problem or any ideas what it may be?
