Cupra bushes/powerflex bushes???

Can someone confirm for me what bushes I need to upgrade too please. I see a lot of people refer to cupra bushes as seat sport and I am a tad bit confused as to which ones I actually need. Part numbers would be extra helpful. Also, I hear people say to go for a mix of powerflex and cupra, much help would be appreciated.
