When your daytime running lights are on are your rear lights on aswell?? Only i noticed that my rears are on at the same time as the fronts! Maybe it's a 2012 thing? Seems daft that you actually have to turn your lights on at night just for your dials to light up. If they have gone to all the trouble on having front and rear working all the time why have a switch

Your rear's are on all the time apart from on BlueMotion models, as they have the DRL's in the outer portion of the fogs
