Anyone else got really noisy top strut mounts?

Only notice it this week after my car was sat all weekend n drove it Monday,

It's on coilovers n never had this problem before..

Would you say I need to replace them? Or grease or sonething similar?

Shed some light someone it's doing my head in

I have the same problem at the moment. had a rattle/knocking on the rear for a while now and just recently developed the same on the front. I have bought a new set of coilovers so when i fit them i'll be checking everything to see if i can solve the problem. I'll post my findings

Droplinks? Maybe i know my droplinks dont last long with my ap coilys doesnt explain the noise ur hearing at the bak tho

Drop links lasted about 6 months on my mates TT even the shortened drop links.

I've got my standard ones modified so there really short..

I'll have a look at that aswell this weekend..

Could I grease up the rubber mounts tho? Just sounds like there twisting when I turn just really noisy in the mornings

i only get a clonk when im on full lock sounds like a donk is that your sorta noise? or is yours a grinding noise?

I get the donk too im just hoping it related to being so low..

The noise I'm getting is a sqeaking noise not so much grinding

I also get that donk noise on full lock just on the left front an never worked out what it was was... Any ideas...

I got that noise but just had new drop links now it's gone one was snapped
