posting pics?

hi can anyone please tell me how i post pics on here like my avatar and pics to posts and stuff? it dont seem to do it....

Upload the photo to a site like photobucket or imageshack. PB is better though IMO! Once it's on there, click on it, and then you'll see a series of different links. You want the 'image tag' one [ img ] image address [ /img ] (without spaces) and just post it into the post.
Your avatar one is showing up properly. . .
