areet people,

right my problem is....

i have bought a polo 6r with PCD 5x100 and lug bolt m14 x 1.5 by 28mm

and i have got merc monoblock wheels with PCD 5x112 and the lug bolt i have with them are (m12 x 1.5) i think can someone please correct me if am wrong.

now if you know your stuff you can see my problem,

now i wanted to get m14 lug bolts for the alloys but they dont fit though :S

so dose any one know were i can get CUSTOM MADE WHEEL ADAPTERS which go from

HUB = 5x100 PCD and m14 x 1.5 by 28mm
to
WHEEL = 5x112 PCD and m12 x 1.5 by i dunno maybe 20mm

please help

It may be easier to have the hubs swapped to pcd 112 rather than fit adapters. What ET offset are they?

Have a look on dpm performance they sell h&r adapter with the right bolts for about £125 i think for a set of two.
Its expensive i know and it will make your wheels at least et25 so they will stick out by like 30mm nearly compared to your originals

Well the wheels will be the same but if you put adapters on it will push them out away from the hubs further. As for custom made there is no need as they will likely be more expensive than the h&r adapters even.
According to the dpm website they come with the correct bolts you need to bolt the mercedes wheels to the adapter.
Then you use your original bolts to bolt the adapter to the hub

Mate, you're not going to like this but the 2 easiest and legal options are:
1) get wheels with the correct offset
2) get the holes filled and re-drilled at the correct offset.

If I was in your shoes, i'd be selling those wheels and looking for ones with the correct offset because changing all the hubs and everything..... You may as well buy a new car. At last check, the hub, bearing, hub spindle dont interchange between Mk5/Mk6 golf and 6R Polo. On top of that, I'd bet that the splines are also different between the 2 on the driveshafts.

Unless you can deal with the spacing of using adaptors and potential legality issues -aside from just being dangerous if not done correctly- then sorry dude, there's no easy fix.

Been to dpm and they have the adaptors I need but I have another problem. What size to get

Should I go 30mm on back and 15mm on front or not risk it and just get 15mm both
