Hello, I know this is a trivial issue but I don't like the silver insert in my Polo GTi gear lever insert. Problem is that it is a 3 prong fitting and it seems that other 9N Polos and Golf of a similar age have 4 prong fittings. Anyone know if a black three prong insert is available? Cheers.

Just cut the prongs of and glue it in place?
