A word of warning to any other GTI owner who, like me, thinks the easy way to put a red stripe on the lower grill is to get a SEL grill and paint the chrome trim red.

The SEL lower grill does NOT fit a GTI. It is too wide

So there is now a SEL lower grill in the For Sale section

I'm glad you posted that because I quite fancied doing that to my car!
