Right ive had my car mapped to revo stage 2, mods include full milltech sports cat uprated iridium plugs forge front-mount forge tip uprated 4bar fuel pressure sensor kn 57i filter and a pd160. my question is how fast should it be! it feels quick but i always thought it should be quicker. is it the fact that the ko3s are tiny turbos? i raced a my m8 the other day he has a mk 4 astra sri turbo 190bhp and i dont seem to beat it really easy which i thought i should do! bit gutted really as these engine have alot of potential any ideas?

Might be me but something seems a mis here.

Did you get a print out?

When I was stage two I would leave Astra VRX's all day which have 240BHP

Doesn't sound right to me. Even a stock Revo Stage 1 should leave the Astra firmly in your rear view. Throw it on a dyno.

Mine on a revo stage one is very quick. It has no engine mods either.

I used to have rover turbos at 240 ish bhp and I don't think the polo is much behind that.

mate my advice would be just take it to a tuner who has got a rolling road setup, so you can find out what your car is producing and then take it from there...

This polo belongs to 'Turbomier' who also has stage 2 revo with same mods as you. Producing 240BHP..........as it should be ;)
I'll let the video do the talking :P

My polo gti is standard and never had trouble with Mk 4 Golf gti's, Mk 4 Golf Anni, Corsa VXr (my fourth gear was more affective then his, but the b*****d pulled onto my lane  )....etc
Just couple of weeks I was behind a bmw 330ci and he could not pull away from :P

I suspect you might have been fooled or some mechinical issue with your car. As said by others, get her on a rolling road :)
