Helloo..

Has anybody got any idea to as why my traction control light keep coming on. Not flicking on and off like it's trying to spin up, just constantly on. It doesn't turn off whilst i'm moving until I turn the car off and on again. Then it'll flick on again once I'm driving.
Not really sure to as what it could be as it's only started happening today.
Cheers.

Its a sensor in the steering coloumn! It sense's that the steering wheel isnt sitting perfectly straight and then brings the ESP on!

I take it you had the wheel alignment done recently? My car is doing the exact same atm!

Its just a simple case of getting the wheels aligned!

Ohhh. Yeah I've not long had a new set of alloys on and had it tracked and what not.
I'll have to go and get it sorted. Do you or anybody know if Jabbasports maps are good or not?

It's you MAF sensor - trust me on this.

Clean it with either MAF Spray cleaner or Isprophyl Alcohol available at any pharmacy or you can use Electricial spray.

It is not your new wheels that you put on

Put it onto a diagnostics machine and guarantee it will be the steering angle sensor!

I noticed that my break lights was always on the other night. So I have a little look underneath the pedal to see that there was a little plastic piece missing (which was on the floor). I've put it back in so my break lights work fine and the traction control light hasn't been on since. Until it fell out again.
So maybe it's something to do with that lol?

I can't see why it'd be making the traction control light flick on. However it's not come on since it's been back it. Which is stange!
I need to get a map in my life. Not sure whether to go straight to stage two and get a front mount etc or just have stage 1.
