Part Number: 0280160575
The 4 bar fpr is used on a lot of VAG cars and is a Bosch part. I ordered mine through a company called frencos near me.
Revo hq fitted it along with a forge fmic and stage 2 software. I obviously noticed a big difference coz I had lots done that day lol

Could be, not sure, but i think it's logical to keep the fuell pressure as low as possible, 5 or 6 bar would be pretty useless i guess.

The Bosch part number is: 0280 160 575. A lot cheaper from Bosch than VAG.
