POLO 97 ROOF RACK - HELP!!! :(

Not sure where to put this post but this seemed as good a place as any??

They do not fit!! I dont know if Im doing something wrong or if these are the wrong bars?? HELP?! Please
Does anybody know what roof rack is the right one for my car if it is not this one?
So stressed! Need roof rack on for this weekend as trading at a festival and cant fit my stall and stock in the boot alone!
