i have a 6R 1.4 polo match on finance, this is my first ever financed car and loving it, after 3 years i get a choice to give the car back, pay it off and keep it or swap it for another.

Basically just wondering if i am able to swap it at anytime? or will i have to wait for the 3 years to finish..... also after 3 years is it a straight swap for another car (obviously monthly payments will be different) but would this mean NO cash deposit as the car will be traded?

If you have it on PCP you can swap it any time but will have to make up the difference between what you owe and what you've paid off. If you swap it after 3 years they will give you some money towards a deposit as the car will be worth slightly more than your GMFV figure.
