Shuffle mdi

Has anyone else noticed their mdi usb I'd guess the sd may suffer the same problem with its random music selection mine seems to never play certain songs or it picks the same songs few songs

I plug my phone into the glovebox and press mix folder or mix all on the
Stereo and it is so bad at shuffling, it must put the same song on About 5 times lol

The mdi is cr@p it you put on random or repeat it sort of plays random but it don't repeat, well mine don't anyway. Thinkning in time to change out the headunit for a.

Hiya yeah there is an adapter plate that fits where the v-dub radio was then this system fits inside that. Will see if i can dig a pic of it.

It is tempting - I am a big OEM fan though so will have to give it some thought.
I do think the standard speakers need replacing though - going to look into that soon.

Me to kenwood do the one that goe's straight in to the hole
http://www.kenwood-electronics.co.uk/pr ... DNX520VBT/ but this isn't a removable screen and isn't a feature rich. Also if you got this one it will only fit vag cars. Where as the other you could take it out and fit in another car if you swapped it.

I found the same thing r.e. the shuffle not shuffling very well! I just use the aux in socket and put my iPod on shuffle, works way better and it's easier to change song instead of messing about through the menus only for me to leave it too long and it resets
