Are wheel spacers safe?

Im thinking of maybe using wheel spacers but wanted to know are they safe to use? Will they put extra stress on wheel bearings?

As long as there hub centric and you have longer bolts they're safe

They will put extra strain on hub bearings, whether it's a measurable amount only time will tell.

I prefer not to run them on track, but for the road they are fine. Check bolt torque regularly.
