What you mean mileage correction? You mean to calibrate the clock for bigger wheels?

Or are you refering to the old school 'clocking' which is now a thing of the past?

No, I'm referring to mileage correction, changing the mileage in a set of clocks to represent the mileage of the car. If I put a set of GTI clocks in with 34000 miles and my car has 1400 miles then it's not clocking.

Vag tacho can definitely do this. Seen it done on a mk4 golf.

No offence mate, that doesn't mean s**t.
Just cause it works on a MK4 Golf doesn't mean anything, I've heard of some 9r's being able to be dome and some not!

I was trying not to be harsh but it wasn't help, a mk4 golf is a completely different platform to the new polo.

I doubt Vag Tacho will change the mileage in a 6R Cluster

I have genuine VAG Commander and I think it can do it but only if it has a working key

Is it worth the agro to swap to GTI clocks ?

When the time comes to sell the car any potential buyer will always question if the Milage is genuine due to the clocks having been swapped. Would certainly put me off

why?

don't judge a book by it's cover. Springs to mind
when buying a car look at several items to see what the mileage could be
