Anyone else had trouble with these? Just had a jobs worth copper nearly stick a £60 fine on me regardless of them being road legal. Second time I've been pulled and nearly fined,

Apparently the stamps were too small, he didn't like me when I told him there was no legislation for the stamp size

Problem is, coppers dont know the law on plates properly, theres plates that take the p*** and they jump all over them, then there are legal stamped plates in the right font and with the correct marks and just cause there pressed they think there no good.

Matey also in the car park with German font got nothing. I'd like to think I understood this law better than he did after the amount I've looked into it. He was just a general idiot, just looking for some trouble I think.

Please could someone enlighten me about these "Pressed Plates" and the hype about them over in the UK? I've seen so many articles and websites that go on about them, and yet that's all we are allowed to have here

lol sorry for my ignorance

Ive been pulled over by the police twice now, one for no tax and speeding, and they didn't moan at all at the plates.
