Can anyone shed any light on this!!!!! I thought it was the usual loose bolts holding the down-pipe to the manifold,so while i was at it i changed the gasket!!after doing this and driving the car it hasn't changed!! Its defiantly somewhere in that area! Help please

have you got a stainless part??
i had this with mine and found out it was the brackets holding the stainless steal part to the orig part needed tightened, might be worth a look

Ive got a full turbo back milltek!! Cheers pal!! Has anybody else had this problem??

Have you sealed every connection on the exhaust?

Also are you sure the manifold isn't cracked? If your mapped or stock have you felt a loss in power?

If its none of the above then god knows take it to a garage and let them deal with it... Who fitted your exhaust? Maybe take it back to the person who fitted it and tell em your problem with it
