Few Questions...

Could someone please explain to me how to remove the front badge?!!
I've got a match, with the standard grill, and haven't a clue how to get it off.
Also, could anybody recommend some decent mid priced (i'm thinking around £500) coilovers for the polos? Come into a bit of money and hoping to get it lowered, but I don't wanna get no cheap and nasty ones as the car is a daily drive and I often do long 150mile (300 alltogether) trips at least twice a month, so want something that's gonna last and do it's job properly!
Lastly, personal preference really, but what would you say are the perfect sized wheels for the polos? I'm thinking of getting some 16"s, seeing as the standards are 15"....
