Advice, Noises from Breaks

Hello,
I've had my polo for about 11 months now,
the noise first appeared at about 3-4 months after I got the car new off the dealership,
I went to my garage about 4 times, without any success to recreate the noise there,
of course for them it was easier to say we don't know.

anyway ,I haven't hit anything or drove over anything, I absolutely don't know what's the reason for this in a new car.
I've recorded it and played it for the mechanic at the garage and he didn't take my seriously...

this noise happens once a week or two when I Drive backwards straight or turning the wheel doesnt matter whilst pushing the breaks, notice that I'm not talking about the power steering wheel noises .

This happens when I'm stuck in traffic and not every time but mostly at low speeds:

I Hope someone can guide me to what the problems to this might be , I'm not sure it's the breaks and also the mechanic checked them and said ''they're all fine''
I might just drive further away to another garage if I can expect any other service there.
the car has passed as of today , 10000 km's.
(Uk garages won't help, as I live outside of the Uk )

would appreciate any thoughts,

Thanks!

Is it after a long drive and the brakes are warm or when the brakes are cold? Might be a binding pad? Glazed pad? Is it from the front or rear of the car?

Hello, thanks for your reply,
first link is happening when I drive on reverse and hit the breaks,

second link is when I drive forwards at pretty slow speeds and hit the breaks,

the mechanic at the garage said he checked all those and said they're in tact and working properly.

mystery noise

i"ve had the same problem,my car is booked in for second service at the beginning of October and this is also on the job sheet, seems to have got worse,it has been into vw before for this, they took brake pads out told me its normal this bang,vw told me its the brake pads there is slight movement in pads ,and it s these what move.

i"ve had a few cars in my time but this is the first car what does this .
i"ll see what they say on service.
