I have negotiated keeping the car for a little longer but want a new set of wheels so my Porsche Twists are up for sale.
Specs are:

Rear – 9x17 – ET55 - 205-40-17 Continental rubber covered less than 4000 miles
I can also include the adaptors I was using
Front 35mm FK adaptors with bolts

I'm using FK Konisport coilovers. Rear down as much as it can go with adjusters in but adjuster rings removed. Also using Seat rubber top hats as they are 10mm shorter.
Front has about 5-8 turns left with helper springs still on
As for difference from std I have no idea.
Hope that helps

Unless you're buying shocks and springs, it's not advisable to go lower than 40mm on standard shocks. I think it's always harder to get something sitting as perfect as you want on springs.

Which is why im researching and checking out pics of other polos everyday!...i might end up doing 40mm all round...do you think thats okay on 17's? i just want to shorten the gap between tyre and arch but not kill it off 100%.....have some gap but not too much.....
