could anyone advice me on a decent induction kit, no cheapy crap!?

BMC CDA is a great induction kit. I just bought my 4th one

sweet, i wanna put one on a 1.0 tho, kinda thinking of getting a k&n one

I had one on my 1.0 was great

what a k&n one? did it improve throttle response a fair amount? and do you have a picture of how you fitted it?

No a BMC. No pics to hand, though there may be some in my old progress thread for me 1.0!

A typhoon would be wasted on a 1.0

And yes did improve the throttle. Going up hills was improved too

sounds good, and deffinitly needed going up hills, do powerless

Whats the main difference between the typhoon and the BMC one?

Typhoon is a low places air filter pipes with stainless pipe work

Bmc is a cylindrical internal cone vortex filter located near the throttle body

I know how they look, my question is the tech. difference.

I know the typhoon is an open air filter.
So basically the BMC one is just an inbox?

There's not much difference in volume of air they can deliver.
