Yes, but you will lose a lot of radio functionality. Differences between US and EU radios are:
* No RDS or traffic reports
* FM reception only on odd frequencies (i.e. 101.1, 101.3, 101.5) - if you want to listen to 101.2 then you're out of luck.
* AM reception in steps of 10 rather than steps of 9 - so pretty much no AM stations will be accessible.
* Almost no chance of an international warranty.
On the plus side, the ISO standard is the same so it should plug right in, and all the non-radio functions will work fine.

snoopsta pretty much said it all
i have one and:
* i dont listen to AM stations anyway and if i do its 909 which i can get on 110 anyway
*the FM is not very good for kis and capital and stuff but generally picks up most ones.
* if you get goot cds then you should only need the radio for news anyway
anyway im well chuffed as i got mine well below half price from ebay.
however there has been things marketed which chages the frequency e.g tune radio into 95.7 and it recives 95.8 but this means you lose all the odd numbers.
if you find a solution plz tell me
