Need help in changing the red cloth to quilt leather does the red cloth come off ??

It should be able to be cut around the edges and peeled off
Bear in mind once cut off, it wont go back on.

No way of taking that red cloth off ? Like popping it off

Its bonded on, then heat clamped on the edges - not a removable panel.
