hi i am new to this i have just bought a vw polo n reg 1996 1.6 5 door and the abs light is on what could this be ?and will it effect the mot?
is there any way off taking the bulb out off the light ?
please help

Could be many things

Failed sensor, failed abs pump, blown fuse

You need to get the car scanned with VCDS/VAGCOM to determine the problem

Taking the bulb out is not the solution - thats careless and frankly foolish

Itll fail MOT if the light is showing.
