PLZ HELP with dash dials!

Hi,
This happens every year, but this time its been less then a year and now im getting fed up as whenever i take it to the mechanic it goes away and then whenever i drive it for a few months its back. Please look at the video below.

PROBLEM: the speedo dials stops sometimes, the temperature dial rises , then sometimes nothing works, sometimes its normal, sometimes i will get a handbrake light on or the oil light flashing beeping. very strange.
so far i have done the following to it as advised my mechanics:
1) thermostat
2) coolent change
3) full service regular every year (oil change, sparks, filters etc)
4) something body troattle
slowly slowly i keep spending but no perm fix yet or maybe the mechanic havent found the exact fault :s
can anyone advice me, what could it be or what do i need to do? I feel like selling it and buying a SEAT or something different.
Its done 59,100 miles so far and i really do like my polo as i had it for 8 years now.
