Hi guys,

Been browsing for a while now and thought its about time I contributed.

Ive had my polo since march..didnt like it at first but its growing on me now ive starting changing it.

It's the 3pot 1.2 - seems really slow as i went from a 2 litre 3 series to this. I wanted the tsi but i would of had to wait an extra 13 weeks so i got this.

So far its just lowered 50 ml all round, a load of stickers and some roof bars.

The stickers started with my petrol cap because some douche stole mine! so i replaced it with a grey one as vw wanted £100 extra for a red one.

These are some pictures ive just taken so they are pretty bad - ill take some better ones in daylight.

Next up are some new wheels. I have a huge roll of carbon wrap...like pretty much enough for a whole car. I'm not sure if i should wrap the roof/spoiler...do you think it will look too boy racerish?

PS the pics seem to be cut in half - if you right click and choose "view picture" it shows you the full thing!

its just on springs mate.. i thought it would go lower but to be fair it was on stilts before. Its still on standard shocks though..

What HIDs have you got? do you have to change the whole lights so you dont blind people?

Been looking at getting pressed plates for a while.. are they any kind that you can get that are legal as police are assholes by me.

This is the drop i got from 50 mm springs... dont seem like that much :(

Before (might seem lower cause of the boats, dont have any other pics before i lowerd it)

Wanna get some BBS RS alloys or some monza ones off a GTI. Only thing is i dont think my 1.2 would like 17 inch wheels lol its already slow

just need to put the HIDs in mate, no need to change lights as they are deisgned to hold HIDs in first place, as long as you have them on the lowest setting

and get just a checp set of coils for 180, thats all i got with helpers out sits about 80mm lower and still on stilts :(

as for pressed plates i ordered a German set off eBay and got pulled, now i have a British set. as long as you have the postcode of where the plates where pressed at bottom with the British standard code ya all good, thats what the police man said to me

also if ya got a 1.2 ya might as well go low n slow man, not gana win any racers in the polo anyway, coz of the weight and size of them, might as well look good hahah, but make sure you have poke and stretch none of this stright wall s**t, unless ya after power.

but just do a few little thinngs mate will make it look so much nicer
