If you lower a gti with xenons does it affect the headlights? As the height adjuster for the lights is on the back some where isit not?

it will ultimately affect maximum light throw however in practise its likely to make very little difference to oncoming traffic.

So does that mean the beam wont shine as far? I only wana go like 35mm all round

essentially yes, probably not that noticeable though
