Hi Guys

So i sold the Gti  and got myself a 1.4 6r they actually very nippy and revvy  whilst being economical and rather silent 8)

On the evening i took delivery of her:

I was immediately annoyed with the ride height hence the VW springs i purchased the day after (shocked at the comparison)

Following week i successfully attempted to vinyl wrap my roof and mirrors in Glossy black:

Vinyl wrap in the daylight:

I really liked the chrome trim on the lower grill of the jetta/passat so i figured i'd do this to mine as well - with some yellow fogs to boot:

Bday gift from the mrs. (17inch A line Rocco Rims wrapped in 205/40 Pirelli's) - springs are still settling in and ride is not as harsh as i thought it would be.

Thanks for watching. 8)

Welcome to the forums dude! 8) The Polo is looking sweet I must say..! Why are you shocked with the comparison of the original to the lowered springs? The same springs are in the pipeline for my 6R so i'd like to hear your feedback on them :)

thanks guys. With Regards to the driving comfort of the springs it's uncanny That even with the lowered suspension and low profile tires the ride is still comfortable, you can Feel it's lowered and it's taughter than stock but even if you an elderly person with a hip replacement you can still drive it to and from your book club. Very happy with ride and i implore all to do this to their polo's really make the car sexy. Next in line is hid's and an exhaust tip. Already Did the led swop out.

Thanks bud, had to get my mom, dad and sister to help me. She was not too impressed that i used her hair dryer though

The roof was easy in relation to the awkward angles of the mirrors. :?

Im wanting to get a lip, but im unsure as it mite throw off the styling with the rest of the car...
:?

something like that....like the 9n3's used the Seat Splitter, i'm looking for somehting as subtle as that, just to give the front end more of a David Coulthard look

not much available here in SA in terms of stuff like that for the 6r - we have to import - and importing costs loads :(

nevermind the blue motion kit which is about R15000 so that is like 1500pounds yeah

the motorsport kit is even more of a shock -
