Where to get bodywork/smoothing done?

Don't really know where to post this bit anyway...
Anyone know a good garage close to Leicestershire as possible, that could fix some deep scratches and a ding on the front bumper of my 9n3 Gti? And get it smoothed as well? Got reversed into by a friend so it's on them
