Hi,
My boot light doesn't work, and neither does the boot open light on the dash. Does anyone know where the switch is? I have looked in the sensible places, and can only assume it must be under that flappy thing where the catch is.

Any Ideas?

Im not 100% sure but I don't think its under the flappy thing as Ive broke my flappy thing and the boot light still works.

the switch is in the rear catch/latch , i cant remember if the switch comes separate from the catch or u need to get the whole catch the wiring at the catch is a also something to look out 4

Which side, on the door or on the car body?

How do I get it off to have a look, where are the magic plastic clippy things?

its on the tailgate
2 torx screws hold on the tailgate trim and push on clips youll need to pull the trim from the window end.
3 wires go into the switch

right then, I'll go out at lunchtime and give it a damn good seeing to....
