UK-POLOS.NET - THE VW Polo Forum

Right guys as people know in the 6n2 polos the switches are s**t for the windows.

I didn't want to buy a second hand switch so ive just been raped bu vw or a new 2 switches for the drivers side....


Basically heres my problem!.... Windows worked fine for about 2 hours..... All of a sudden the passanger window only goes up 3/4 of the way, an goes back down (asif it thinks theres fingers there....

It is abit stiff in the frame so i have used wd40 and abit of fairy to try and lubricate it....

Anybody any ideas, currently cant get my window up and cba with it raining

Check the wiring between the body and the car but its likely to be the runners stiff or broken like it seems to happen on many of the polos

You'll probably have to strip the door down to find out what's going on in afraid.
