My first Polo project

Hi all my name is Paul (or Pepsi) I have been big into the mod scene for many years and have made one or two modifications to cars in my time. This is the first VW I have ever owned, I bought it in Jan 2013 and to be honest it was not out of choice but more rescission that I have ended up here.
I have always had big cars and then gone out of my way to get more power from them but I have had to totally switch on my latest car which I said was a piece of s**t.
It is a Polo 1.0L. Now when I first got this car I thought my world had ended and I was now at the bottom of the pile, not only did I feel stupid driving it but I also felt I would be a laughing stock if seen in it. (keep reading it gets better).
In my sullen state I decided to search for a forum and see if I could do anything to boost my decision on this (crap) car. I found UK-POLOS.net and was amazed at what you have all been doing to these cars not only on power (which I must stay away from) but the style of this car as well.
I have seen many new things and to be honest I have been bombarded with so many ideas it is scary.
I formally apologies to my car, which after I fixed the small problems like new clutch major service etc it is probably the most economical car I have ever had and to all you VDubbers on this forum, you have converted me and I can honestly say I have been bitten by the VW bug (Polo).
Below I will keep a photo journal of what I do to the car and what is planned. I hope to drive you all insain with questions and look foward to meeting you at meets and stuff.
Laters for now
Pepsi
So here is my car the polo 1.0 (POS)

Job number 1, Get rid of the front grill

Job number 2, Serious clean and remove bump strips

Ordered wind deflectors and new stereo
