Lower grills and fog lights :)

Hey everyone!
Got my polo today! I'm going to buy some parts; the lower centre grill with chrome... The lower fog light parts, fog lights, and inside switch, and a rear chrome bootstrip.
I remember on my 9N3 the lower grills were HELL to get out and I'm afraid of damaging my paint. Does anyone know of I bought all those parts and asked Volkswagen to fit them would they be much more expensive than having a car mechanic do it? Has anyone ever had these kind if things done by Volkswagen having bought the parts off eBay or what?
