Car is really on and off power in 4th and 5th when pulling at higher speeds (50+)

Don't know what is causing this, doesn't do it in the other gears. The map maybe? Dodgy injectors?

Anyone had this or any experience?

Don't wanna take the car to get mapped soon with a problem...
