Meet Amelia my 6n2 (sort of build thread)

Hi guys, I'm Alex new to here! got my first dub early a year ago! A lovely little Dragon green 6n2, 2000 plate, only 64,000 on the clock. Bless it only being a 1.4 8v match, does struggle a little bit, but its good to me 
bit of smash on the windscreen mind :/ F*ckin birds!
Not really had the chance to do too much to it yet, as I have been building a mk2 gti to race in GTI Championship
But now that is all done, I can spend a bit of time and money on Amelia. I have got some 70mm lowering springs (just until i can decide on what i actually want to go for) Anyone got an idea of the best coil overs to go for?
I brought a pair of bumpers for a £10!! which i am currently in the process of smoothing and re-painting, just brought a GTI front lower valance of fleebay for a £10!! doing well here! lol 
and want to get the GTI interior. Also plan to get some Cades Blast, will see if i can get the centers painted gold and space it out 15mm. I would also like to do the GTI engine swap, anyone had much experience/luck with this?
