UK-POLOS.NET - THE VW Polo Forum

So after a few months of sorting out small things after the incident (given petrol instead of diesel at garage) in November 2012, the car seems to be running better than ever except for a low whistling noise from somewhere. Took it to the dyno today and here is the figures for now:
Not to bad for a Polo Tdi Highline (PD100) that started off with 74kw & 240nm with the engine still stock and 270 000km on the clock...all driven by me in the last 6 years!!!


Performance Mods done so far:
PD160 Trumpet and Intake
PD160 Airbox + K&N Flat filter
PD160 MAF housing + sensor
PD160 accordion pipe + TIP (Turbo Intake Pipe)
GT1749V turbo (need a bigger turbo!!!) @ +/-1.7bar
Custom 63mm Downpipe + Exhaust
3Bar MAP sensor
Seat Sport Intercooler + custom stainless steel piping
EGR delete
Crackcase filter
CoolingMist Water/Meth kit with 50/50 mix
My own Custom map....using my Dimsport software!
Launch Control in software

Still to be done:
PD160 Intake Manifold ( waiting in garage )
57mm Race Pipe ( waiting to arrive from Darkside Developments in the UK )
Firad Race 120% Injector Nozzles ( when I have the $$$ )
11mm Pump ( if I can find one and have the $$$ )
