stereo problem

i have an rcd200, the one that plays mp3's etc
just recently ive noticed my rear 2 speaks arent really working at all...im sure they both havent popped at the same time..
then i realised when i press the B/F button..it only displays the balance...not fade?
this made me think that it automatically has faded all the sound to the front speakers....and now i cant get it fixed...
is there a solution to this or is it a naff stereo?
