When I'm driving the car, the car feels like its surging, happening when on boost, any ideas what could be wrong?

N75 valve may be playing up. Get it scanned with VCDS

it went to the garage today, i had a feeling it would be, they are going to run some tests on it while its running, typical thing is though the surging stopped when i took the guy out for a spin. if nothing comes up then ill just leave it, if it is the n75, going to buy the race one off awesome gti

Check your manifold bolts! They're common to come lose, mine did and make a surge kinda noise! Just a idea before splashing out on a new n75

you could really feel it in the car too! was rather odd. Going to see the guys tomorrow and get a quick update. knowing my luck i might have to leave it as it is. Ill get them to double check the bolts though, cheers

well its been on the diagnostics and no faults there, its running rine so im gonna leave it as is for now

right, the problem came back, so ive got it booked in at a local garage called TMS, they have a full rolling road and diagnosic equipment, spoke to them on the phone and they seem to think its the EGR valve but i will report back the findings

well, it seems to be a dodgy MAF, given it a clean but if the problem comes back ill get a new MAF
