16 inch Porsche Teledials on a 9n3

Hi Everyone. I am planning on putting some 16 inch teledial wheels on my 9N3 polo with some H&R Porsche hub adapters and some H&R 30mm Springs.
The Wheels are 16x7 52.3et on the front and 16x8 52.3et on the rear.
Has anyone ever done this? or if this has already been talked about could someone please share the link?
This is the first wheel change I have ever done and I am just unsure as to whether there would be enough room under the guards for these wheels. I really don’t want to cause any issues with rubbing etc. as this is my daily drive.
If anyone could give me some advice on tyres that would work well or how big a hub adapter I should go with, front and back, without the wheels poking out, it would be much appreciated.
