copped the ball right on the nose on the rebound

p1ss! I missed that! That was probably when i lost the AM radio signal for a moment (had to follow some of the match whilst on the road)... grr.
well, at least my unc was using this match as a chance to test out his shiny new DVD recorder, p'raps i can borrow the disc off him.... and jump right to the juicy moment if anyone's got a time-stamp!

it is quite possibly the best thing that cud of happened to him hehe, stumbled off his line n all, then caught the next shot, gotta give it too him, an impressive goalie all-round

We just did the typcial english thing and played like a sunday league team for the final 4 minutes. . .Thats why England will never be the 'best' in the world, cos we do STUUUUUUUUUUUUUUPID things like yesterday.

It's alright, now you know how we feel when wales lost every last one of their qualifiers after beating italy and leading the group.
Every big match they stuff it up, I remember watching wales 1-0 against holland in cardiff, then ended up losing 3-1 was it?
It appears that England did a 'Wales'
Get used to it!!

well rooney was all over the ball like a rash, but was gettin agressive, so they calmed him down by taking him off lol, but he was playing like it was a kick about with his mates
